    Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago of Niger state has eulogized  the virtues of his Special Adviser on Media Communications and  Strategy, Honourable Jonathan Vatsa explaining that his contributions to the growth and development of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC in the state are invaluable.
    The Governor stated this in a congratulatory message issued in Minna to celebrate the 64th birthday of Jonathan Vatsa bye his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim.
    He said, ” I recall the numerous contributions of Mr. Vatsa to the formation, growth, and development of the All Progressives Congress APC in Niger State and also its emergence as the ruling Party in the state”.
    The farmer governor, describes the celebrant as a dogged, courageous, and outspoken politician who has been working hard to ensure that citizens are adequately informed about government policies and programmes.
    The farmer Governor commended the celebrant, who is also a former Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, for his commitment and dedication to service towards ensuring that the New Niger agenda is achieved.
    ” I congratulate you on you new age and pray that God will grant you  more blessed years in good health and vitality to serve humanity better”, he prayed
