The Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation (NAIC) and Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing (IVM) are exploring new ways to enhance mobility in the agricultural sector.

The move follows a high-level visit by the Innoson marketing team to NAIC’s headquarters in Abuja.

NAIC’s Managing Director, Honourable Yazeed Shehu Danfulani, received the delegation alongside senior management officials.

Both parties discussed strategic areas where locally manufactured vehicles could support farmers and agribusiness operators.

Discussions also focused on integrating insurance solutions with mobility services to boost agricultural productivity.

Danfulani stressed the importance of collaborating with indigenous manufacturers to strengthen local industries.

He noted that such partnerships align with the government’s push for local content development.

The Innoson team assured NAIC of its readiness to supply durable vehicles suited to agricultural needs.

Both organisations expressed optimism that the partnership could promote economic growth and job creation.

Plans are underway to formalise the partnership through practical initiatives in the coming months.
