The governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Katsina State, Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita, has mourned the death of the District Head of Sabuwa, Alhaji Ibrahim Bello Kogo, describing his demise as a huge loss to Sabuwa and Katsina State.
