The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris Malagi has donated the Sum of N100m to boost the APC Zone A Campaign Council electioneering activities for the Niger State Local Governments election scheduled for November 1, 2025.

Malagi, appointed as the Chairman of the Zone A campaign Council, made the donation at the weekend during an interactive session with party stakeholders in Bida.

According to him, ” the 8 local government councils in the Niger South Senatorial District got N10m each while the youths and women got N20M as my support to the electioneering campaigns of our party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming local government election”.

The Minister said that he is suure that the APC will emerge victorious in all the 25 local governments of the state, adding that, ” we should embark on peaceful campaign devoid of rancour. We should remember the teachings of President Bola Tinubu that no one blood is worth anybody position in Nigeria, therefore we should by all means avoid bloodshed”.

“I urge you the politicians to eschew politics of bitterness and play the game according to the rule to ensure a peaceful Local Government Councils election that will be accepted by all”.

According to him politics is a game of numbers in which at the end of it all there must always be a winner and looser, urging the people to be Magnanimous in victory and gallant in defeat, adding that after all they are one indivisible entity.

The Minister retated the commitment of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the safety of and welfare of Nigerians for the enhanced and speedy development of Country.

He therefore urged Nigerians to have faith and believed in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu explaining that his reforms agenda is working and the economy is getting better, adding that, “this is just the beginning of many better things coming our way.
