At a time when many small and medium scale businesses are struggling with stock discrepancies, scattered records, delayed payments, and unclear profitability, a software called AR Pro365 has been launched and designed to tackle the problems.

One of the Founders and the Business Risk Strategist of AR Pro 365, Uchechi Olanrewaju, stated this at a press briefing in Abuja yesterday. She described AR Pro365 as an innovative all-in-one software designed to reshape how businesses manage sales, inventory, expenses, customer payments, and accounts receivables.

She praised the software for introducing one of the most accessible record-keeping systems ever seen in the Small and Medium Enterprise sector, which she said enables business owners to log their sales and expenses directly through WhatsApp.

Also speaking, Jennifer Ogbogu, a Co-Founder & Compliance & Process Integrity Lead, said with WhatsApp being recognized as the most widely used communication channel for Nigerian business owners, such a platform allows them to send simple updates through such medium as chats, adding that AR Pro365 automatically synchronizes those entries into their sales dashboard, Inventory records, Expense tracker, Cash flow, and profitability reports.

She said the feature is an innovation that removes one of the biggest barriers to business record-keeping ease of use.

“Beyond WhatsApp logging, AR Pro365 offers a suite of features that turn disorganized business operations into a single, structured command center,” she informed.

While touching on the software’s advantages to record-keeping, Salamat Yinusa, a Co-Founder & Financial Systems & Insights Lead, explained that in the case of inventory management, AR Pro 365 ensures real-time stock tracking, automated deductions after sales, low-stock alerts, and insights into fast and slow moving products.

According to her, as regards sales and customer management, the software guarantees instant sales recording, customer history, daily/weekly performance summaries and an organized database for smarter engagement.

She said under financial insights and reporting, the software ensures detailed analytics that give business owners clarity on profitability, expenses, trends, and the true health of their operations.

Victor Ajayi, another Co-Founder & Technology Lead, said the founders of AR Pro 365 came together to bring advance knowledge in finance, compliance, analytics, and technology as well as create a tool designed to help Nigerian businesses operate with clarity, accuracy and confidence.
