I Honourable Mohammed Hamisu Koguna, Sarkin Yaki, the Executive Director Operation and Enforcement Niger state Liquor Licence Board, on behalf of my family heartily congratulate the Zannan Agaie and Waziri Baro, Alhaji Ibrahim Alhaji Liman on your appointment as the new Chairman of the Niger State Universal Basic Education Board ( NSUBEB) by the Executive Governor of Niger State, Farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago.
This appointment is a clear recognition of your sterling leadership qualities as exemplified in your past endeavors especially at the Federal Fire Service from where you excelled as the Comptroller General.
I am proud to acknowledge the fact that your selfless service to our people, Nigerlites in particular and humanity in general has continued to gain momentum even after your retirement from active Federal Service.
1 am confident that your appointment as the Chairman of NSUBEB would afford you another opportunity to deligently serve the state and enormously contribute to the ongoing reforms to reposition the education sector in Niger state.
I also want to commend and appreciate the Executive Governor of Niger State, Farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago for the appointment of Ibrahim A Liman into this highly esteemed position which has without any doubt shown the determination of the Farmer Governor to strengthen the education sector for efficiency, accountability and service delivery.
I therefore expressed my gratitude to the Farmer Governor while assuring that the newly appointed Chairman of NSUBEB will live diligently to uphold the confidence His Excellency has reposed on him to carry out this assignment.
