Musa Ahmed Mohammed, the Accountant-General of Nasarawa State, has congratulated the people of the state on the occasion of Christmas, describing the season as a time for love, peace, and reflection.
In his Christmas message issued on Thursday in Lafia, Mohammed extended warm greetings to Christians across Nasarawa State, urging them to use the celebration to promote unity and peaceful coexistence.
He noted that Christmas represents the values of sacrifice, compassion, and selflessness, which, according to him, are essential for building a harmonious and progressive society.
The former speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly (NSHA) called on residents of the state to continue supporting the government’s efforts at promoting peace, security, and economic development, stressing that collective responsibility is key to sustainable growth.
The Accountant-General commended Governor Abdullahi Sule for his commitment to prudent financial management and people-oriented policies, which he said have positively impacted the lives of citizens.
Mohammed wished the people of Nasarawa State a peaceful Christmas celebration and a prosperous New Year, praying for continued unity, stability, and progress across the state.
